Veber Partners advised Fine Arts Graphics' merger with Imagex.com.
Portland, Oregon April 28, 1999 Veber Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Fine Arts Graphics, Inc. (the "Company") in their recent acquisition by ImageX.com, Inc. ImageX.com acquired the Company for an undisclosed amount effective April 1, 1999. As the Company’s sole advisor, Veber Partners assisted in structuring and negotiating the transaction on behalf of its owner, Nicholas J. Stanley. "ImageX.com recognizes the opportunity Internet technology brings to the print procurement process," said Stanley. "We knew we wanted to transition into the Internet age and there just weren’t any contenders that matched ImageX.com’s vision and expertise."
The Company, headquartered in Portland, Oregon has been in business for over 70 years and currently serves more than 600 customers nationwide.
