Portland, Oregon – May 17, 2000 – Veber Partners, a leading Northwest investment banking firm specializing in middle-market companies, has promoted Rodger Adams to Senior Partner.

Rodger specializes in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance.  He has served as both an advisor and a principal in structuring and negotiating the transfer of corporate assets, buyouts, recapitalizations and corporate restructurings. His industry scope is well diversified with concentration on manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and airlines.
