Compensation

Our compensation is based primarily on the type and size of the transaction and is scaled to the success we achieve for a client. Most of our compensation comes in the form of a success fee. A small percentage comes from a retainer fee and meeting certain progress goals.

We believe it serves both the client's interests and ours to include incentive fees also in the compensation arrangement. Such fees are achieved only by gaining a higher incremental payoff for the client, and they assure the client that we have a strong motive for achieving the best results possible rather than simply closing the deal.
